As AEM Antennas grows its customer and vendor base, I wanted to share some thoughts as to how we strive to place our customers and vendors at the forefront.

It’s important to reflect on what makes a company successful. Creating a safe environment to cultivate strong collaboration between teams can have an incredibly positive effect on our projects. We are all individuals who need to be treated respectfully and feel as though our ideas are heard.
Whether its listening to a customers set of product requirements, conceptualizing a solution together, or collaborating on final product, it all stems from a willingness to communicate and learn from one another.
I am personally looking forward to an exciting and challenging year. One of the main goals of this year will be to continue to build safe and inclusive environments for everyone to collaborate.
Innovation will be key to work with new customers and vendors to find engineering solutions that are unique and multidimensional, which sets us apart from our competition.
I am proud to be the owner and founder of this company and I look forward to work together in 2022.
